WHAT WE OFFER

DAILY LIVING SUPPORT

Support with the things you do every day, including personal care, domestic assistance, medication support, household tasks and manual handling.

SOCIAL & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

Support to get out and about, attend appointments, connect with your community, enjoy activities and spend time doing the things you love.

INDIVIDUALISED SUPPORT

Everyone's needs are different. We provide flexible 1:1 support tailored to your routines, preferences, goals and level of independence.

SUPPORT WITH COMPLEX NEEDS

We have experience supporting participants with complex needs and behaviours of concern, with a focus on safety, dignity, consistency and individualised support.

PET-FRIENDLY SUPPORT

Pets are family too. Where appropriate, we're happy to provide support in pet-friendly environments and around the animals that are important to you.

We're a small, dedicated team who genuinely care about the people we support. We take the time to understand each participant, build trust and provide consistent support from people you know.

Our support workers hold the required checks and clearances, including:

NDIS Worker Screening clearance
Police Check
First Aid certification
CPR certification

OUR PRICING PROMISE

We believe your NDIS funding should go towards the support you need. That’s why LYFE DSS offers capped pricing to help you get the most from your NDIS funding.*

LYFE. DSS DOES NOT CHARGE

Cancellation fees**
Travel charges for support workers travelling to and from your location***
Non-face-to-face fees, including report writing, care planning and case notes****
Establishment fees
Termination or end-of-service fees

* Based on the current 2026/27 NDIS Price Guide. Pricing is negotiable and will be discussed and agreed upon during the Service Agreement process.

** We understand that sometimes you're unwell or plans change. However, repeated cancellations or short-notice cancellations/no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

*** Kilometres may be charged at the current NDIS rate when a participant is being transported by a support worker.

**** If non-face-to-face work is required, this will always be discussed and agreed upon with the participant beforehand.
